AP Statistics is almost remedial when it comes to the solid math and the calculations. You mainly plug data into a calculator and receive the necessary values for various statistical questions on the real AP test. However, your school teachers might still make you do work by hand, such as the mean, standard deviation, p-value, etc. But using the calculator well is the key factor in handling AP Statistics well.
AP統計學的學習可分為兩個階段：
第一階段：全面學習。系統性的學習AP基本知識，此階段最遲3月份一定要完成。
第二階段：考前刷AP真題。此階段一般在4月開始並持續使用真題一直到5月正式AP考前。

就AP統計學備考，並不建議大量的題海戰術，但是適量的練題量是絕對必要的(例如熟悉2012 ~ 2018真題)。在解真題中不斷汲取經驗，到最後能達到得心應手的地步，就會發現怎麼所有的題目出來出去都是差不多的套路。
